Key features & Club  Facilities

• Has 17 superb   tents with a maximum 34 beds. The tents are  Spacious and  luxurious safari tents under canvas, each with private verandah and Gas & Paraffin lamps in tents and in the camp. The tents are either double or single as per requirement.

• All tents are self-contained with own bathrooms with shower flush w.c., wash hand basin, hot and cold water and electricity.

• Bar / Restaurant: Open bar and dining tent with view over the Mara river 

• Room service: Room service on request. Tea and coffee is served in the tents with the morning wake up call

• Bush meals: Bush breakfasts, lunches and dinner under the stars.

• Laundry: Daily laundry services are available.

• Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Euro card, American Express and Travelers Cheques are accepted.

• Communication: Telephone, Fax and Email available at the Governors' Camps. A satellite telephone is also available at Little Governors' Camp to contact with other camps and Nairobi office.

• Activities include;
  •  Game Drives: Game drives during the day are available for clients staying at the bush camp, early and mid morning as well as in the afternoon with experienced driver guides in the Masai Mara Game Reserve

•  Night Game Drives: As the Governors' Camp bush Camp is located outside the Masai Mara Game Reserve, Night game drives are offered after dinner, which is particularly rewarding for the nocturnal animals.
•  Masai Mara Hot Air Balloon Safari: With professional balloon pilots daily, at dawn, in the Masai Mara Game Reserve followed by a champagne bush breakfast and game drive on return to camp.
•  Walking Safari: With qualified guides in a the private concession area adjacent to the Masai Mara Game reserve daily; morning with a champagne bush breakfast and afternoon with sun downers and snacks or all day walking safaris.
